Bought a dog ramp for my dogs, and to begin with the photo that they had on their website, was not the dog ramp I got. The photo looked like steel legs, but when it arrive it was wooden legs. When I questioned the fact that it doesn’t look like the photo, they dismissed me, by saying that they don’t have dog ramps with steel legs. I then suggest that they rather fix their photo, because it is false advertising, and nowhere on the discription of the photo, are they saying it is wooden legs. The wooden legs of the dog ramp I received was light wood. The ramp on the photo has dark legs. They used tomato cases wood for the legs. Thin and flimsy, also the wood they used for the ramp. The ramp broke, the ramps wood and the legs. When I complained about it, they said that is made for dogs, not humans! It looks like children jumped on it!🤬 I am an old woman of 66 years and retired. I don’t have children. I won’t jump on a dog ramp. Mashudu Malima from Bobshop, where I bought it online, send a mail to Babyface2, a woman by the name of Annamari, who manufacture the product, telling them I want my money back. She just accused me of jumping on the ramp, and did not comeback to Mashudu with my request.
