Stay away for babybrezza

I am gatvol of babybrezza south africa. We bought a machine to assist me in making baby bottles. I battle with the machine, they don't even want to help me,I offerd to send them a video ,but they still ignore me on every email and message i send them. I don't expect there services or parts for free i just want Help. I am gatvol of licking someone to do there job!
