Disgusting Service

I have received the worst service i have never ever received anywhere before. I made payment on the 22 June for a baby walking ring and never heard anything from them after that. When i can they don't answer my calls, when i send whatsapp messages they don't bother to respond. I then asked for my money back cause nobody is saying anything to me. Since i sent the banking details to be refunded, nobody says anything still.
