Bad Customer Service and a ****

Babyblue _accessories, seems to be a ****. Once you place an order they are no longer responding to any correspondences. I ordered a baby bag on the 23rd September and to date I have not received it and they are ignoring my email , calls and whattsapp messages. I am no longer interested in the product just need a refund
