Very frustrating

So last week someone called me and said they want to arrange a visit with me for the nurse to come. I said no because i was in pain and i didn't knoe if the nurse will be coming the dane day or not. They also didn't tell me. Then on monday the 16th i send them an email requesting the home visit. Someone rep**** to my email and said that the nurse will contact me during the course of the day and come today. Today i send another email saying that no one called me as yet. Someone called me and said that they thought that i cancelled the home visit. I yold them that this was last week. I told them about the email that i send on monday. They said they didn't make any arrangements. I mean i had to wait ti the whole week and today to be told that no nurse will be coming today. Really disappointed with this service
