Non-existent service from BabyYumTum

I'm a multiply client and I have registered my pregnancy months ago. Multiply/momentum health has partnered with BabyYumYum to enhance the pregnant woman's journey. They have not done anything of that sort for me. They called me once, after I explicitly said that I won't be available at that time. I'm now 30+ weeks pregnant and still haven't heard from them. I should not have to follow up the whole time, this should have been sorted around my 24th week already. I cannot express my frustration and disgust with this company enough. Never have I ever had such bad experience during my previous pregnancies and for what it's worth, perhaps Momentum should look at another partner.
