Paid order still not received 41 working days later

I see that Bstar has all these great reviews so I am confused as to why I am receiving such poor service. Placed an order on 1 February 2023 and still waiting on that order to be delivered. It was a pre-order item so they said it would take +/- 20-30 working days for delivery, which was not an issue for me, but it has now been 41 working days and still nothing. They didn't even update me. I had to be the one to email them twice before I got a reply. Steve eventually rep**** saying he would get back to me "shortly" as my order should have been shipped already, but that was 4 days ago. What is going on with my order and why is the customer service so poor?
