Customer service ON POINT!

I ordered a matching set for my husband, mother & my 2 kids.(Mama, Dada, Mini Hoodies) These items were on preorder and were delayed. This was disappointing but what was really amazing was that the Baby Star team went out of their way to get the items to us & opened their offices on a Saturday for us to choose other items, we choose sweaters instead. Once the preordered items did arrive they sent us the products at NO EXTRA CHARGE. I have already ordered from them 2 more times & when the products are in stock the delivery is within a day! Phenomenal
