Quality of the toilet papers.

Hi the Team,<br> <br> Complaint:<br> <br> Would like to express my disappointment in the quality of your toilet papers lately.<br> <br> I bought 2 packs of the 9 toilet rolls, they were so not closed off properly & tearing off as I am trying to pack them in my cupboard, which has waisted some of the sheets.<br> <br> And as I call your call centre, I am being transferred from 1 DPT to another , with apology in this regard.<br> <br> I am very disappointed, as we try to go for the expensive brand like you, to get proper & good quality, but instead its the opposite.<br> <br> Disappointed customer,<br> Thembisile Mazibuko.<br> <br>
