Poor quality

The toilet paper is rough like sand paper and leaves a burn... also why is the paper on the roll all torn up in some areas and clumpy in other areas? I can literally unfold it into an A3 size piece of paper... I thaught this was the best brand? What's going on? Has there been a change of ownership? Or are you cutting costs but still charging the consumer the same price, if not more? WONT purchase again!
