no feedback

i logged a call for toilet paper that felt harder than sand paper.

ref: ********** 97A this call was log in July 2018 and todate i have not received any feedback. the company collected my toilet paper but gave me nothing in return. what has happened to the quality of baby soft and where has customer service gone to.
