Thank you, I was contacted by a consultant shortly after.
Voucher provided for more toilet paper. Not used - as the quality overall has dropped. Not interested in buying the same pack of seemingly lesser quality, thinned paper. (As was my innitial complaint).
Toilet roll couriered back to your factory (at your cost - but ultimately us the consumers) for inspection. No feedback recieved. Did not expect any, as your range has dropped in quality overall, despite price hikes.
Have switched brands in the meantime.
Please bring back the quality, soft, fluffy range as before. Babysoft use to be quality brand.
