DRY Washlets

I am a big supporter of Baby Soft as I feel they simply offer the best quality. However, the last 6 or so times that I have purchased their Moist Towlets they were completely dried out. I even purchased the container for all the rest rooms in my house as I thought I was maybe not sealing the pack correctly. The first washlet is moist but the rest are actually hard!! I do not feel like I want to support this brand anymore as I can not afford to keep wasting money on a product that I can not use. I have bought these packs from various shops in the Krugersdorp/Pinehaven/Ruimsig area. You are one of the leading brands but refuse to pay for quality and not receive it
