Dissatisfied consumer being **********

The 2 x packs that I had purchased were not truly the size of each roll, they finished quicker than the normal baby soft 18 pack roll which I usually purchase. I am extremely dissatisfied that I purchased 2 packs and they were of very poor quality. I always purchase the baby soft 18 toilet tissue because of the value for money but I decided to try the new 12 pack however now I have wasted my money on this particular products which I will never buy again. I logged a complaint on Kimberly-Clark website but they are so unhelpful and said that my pictures were not clear, which is a lie. they are a **** customer services.
