Dissapointed in Baby soft

For years baby soft us my nr 1 brand i am 62 and dont believe in changes but really this is a very bad experience with baby soft. Even though i only lives on Sassa i always go for baby soft but it is terrible terrible hard and feels like sandpaper NOT SOFT AT ALL. I am very dissapointed and think seriously if changing to another brand. Mrs SE Venter
