Decreased quality - don't buy baby soft toilet paper

The quality of baby soft toilet paper has significantly depreciated. It's really unfortunate because consumers were willing to spend an extra buck it for its quality. No longer buying Baby Soft toilet paper. Seriously have to consider another brand.
