DECLINE FOR BABY SOFT QUALITY - DECLINE IN SALES !!!!

I've been using Baby Soft toilet rolls forever. The new Baby Soft quality is terrible and there are other products on the market that are now better than Baby soft and far less expensive. They are going to loose all their consumers because they are compromising on quality. Why, why, why change what everybody loves ???
