Baby soft toilet rolls hard as a newspaper

Baby soft is not soft anymore.The toilet rolls are inconsistent,some are soft,some are as hard as a news paper,definitely no value for money,I won’t be buying baby soft anymore.It seem that the price increased and the quality decreased.I understand that the economy is bad and all companies are looking for cost saving ways,but cost saving at the expense of compromising the quality that is making most of us choose baby soft to other brand is unacceptable.
