Baby soft toilet paper

I bought babySoft toilet paper at my nearest spar . As soon as I took out the first roll I was disgusted, the quality was terrible there was nothing soft about it . The toilet paper was soo hard and was breaking into paper dust everytime we used it . Two rolls in I decided to lay a compliment with baby soft , they took my details and told me they will get back to me in 2-10 working days . It’s been well over 10 days and there’s still no response.I’m very disappointed with the quality we are being given by baby soft , it’s no longer the good quality. #Cancel babySoft ,# let’s stop buying there product, #baby soft is a ****
