Baby Soft Toilet Paper

My recent bulk purchase of baby soft toilet paper was manufactured poorly. Each piece had been overlapped with cuttings. So every time you think the bad portion is over the smaller pieces falls to the floor. Hope I am making sense to anybody that experienced same. Still like them though.
