BABY-SOFT NOT SOFT - LIES ON QUALITY

Has anyone noticed how un-"SOFT" Baby-Soft has become? It is an insult to us consumers that we spend so much money on toilet paper that have become rougher than Twn Savers! This company is ripping South Africans off! Where is the quality?
