Baby soft 2 ply toilet paper quality

Hello

I have been buying Baby Soft 2 Ply Toilet paper for the longest. Of late, my family and I have experienced the quality reduce over time. The toilet paper is not as soft as it used be and sometimes requires more that a single attempt in flushing before it is cleared. We spend a lot of money buying the “2 Ply toilet paper and have not been getting our money’s work.

Could you please assist with this matter.
