Can I get my money back Baby M Boutique

I ordered a baby car seat and teething mittens from Baby M Boutique after seeing them on Facebook, I paid on 20 August and was told that my order will be sent the next day, it has been a month and I still have not received it, apparently it was stuck at a courier's depot. I was then told that a new courier would be used and delivers in 24 hours, that was on the 5th of September, maybe I don't know what 24 hours is.. I've asked for a refund, instead I keep getting empty promises. I've been patient and understanding and it has been taken for granted. I've now had it with the lies and empty promises.
