Wasted a few thousand rand

Purchased a ride on mercedes car for my child. when i opened it the left side had no mirror and it was cracked where the mirror is attached to the car. First time she drove in it the rims fell off. I phoned Shaun immediately to inform him and he promised to send a new mirror and extra rims. she drove in the car (by remote control) about 3 times and it made a sound (sounded like something loose inside) and then it just stopped. I phoned Shaun again and he said that he would replace the car. Few days after this it started again but still makes the sound. Ive phoned , sent emails, messages etc etc. and still no reply. This was in sep already and still nothing after 3 months??
