Terrible Service

I made payment to Baby Fantasy on 6 August 2025 for a product that has still not been delivered. Despite repeated follow-ups, no delivery or any response has been received.

This review serves as a warning to other consumers – be very careful when dealing with this company. I will be opening a case with the South African Police Service (SAPS) and lodging a formal complaint with the National Consumer Commission.

This kind of conduct is completely unacceptable and I strongly advise other consumers to avoid Baby
