POOR COMMUNICATION!
<p>I placed my order with them on 24 June. Paid it the same day. Received my invoice that indicated the delivery date as 28 June.</p> <p>Today is 29 June and I have still not received anything. I have e-mailed them since yesterday with no response at all. Mailed today again and no response. I phoned their landline and the 2 cellphone numbers they have provided and got no answer. I ended up swaering in my last mail before I received a call saying that their lines are down (really?? cellphones too??) </p> <p>Anyway, my order is apparently being dispatched today for delivery tomorrow. If that is going to happen.</p> <p>This was the absolute last time that I bought from them, never ever again.</p> <p>My question is, is it so hard to communicate with your customers to let them know what is going on?? Your e-mails work, very quick to send the mails to get your payments, but your service after that is absolute ****!</p>
