Complaint - Bad service and product

I'm very disappointED with your company. Last year I purchased a toy motor car from your branch in JHB Market Street JHB. This item was deposited and collected before Christmas. I requested that my brother collect the item on my behalf. To my surprise the car that he collected was not assembled properly. It was literally falling apart. Secondly the the car brand sign was not on the car as well. I returned the item to the store and I was informed that my brother did not want to wait for them to assemble the car. However you had over a month to make sure that the item was ready when collection had to take place. Thirdly I questioned why there was no brand sign on the car and I was told it is because this is a cheaper car that is why. Now if I could I would have just taken my money back and went to a different store but unfortunately NO REFUNDS!!!!!. Therefore I was forced to take another car that was at least presentable. My son got his gift for Christmas and to my surprise the car as not even riding the way it is supposed to. It seemed that there was not enough power as the car was very slow. Few days after Christmas the car actually just stopped going on. Now this is a brand new toy and my son is only 2 so it could not be that he is over the weight indication. I finally made time to return this product to the store as it is under warranty. I am now told that I have to pay an addition R400.00 as this problem is the computer box and not the motor. I am extremely disappointed in the service as well as the item that was purchased, I will never buy from this store again.
