Pathetic service from BABYCOUTURE SA

I ordered a set of expensive maternity nursing sleepwear from this website - www.babycouture.co.za/ On the website it promises delivery within 7 working days - I ordered mine on the 16th of July, since my due date is on the 23rd of August and I wanted to finalise my hospital bag. They neglected to inform me that due to unforseen circumstances and strikes at the factory, the order would be delayed - and only started to answer my emails regarding my order enquiry on the 1st of August (two weeks after the ordering date) Thereafter they picked up on communication and kept me a bit updated - however when I received my order AT LAST on the 14th of August , one month after placing the order - i only received HALF OF MY PARCEL WHICH I PAYED R700 for - it was supposed to be a set of a button up nursing sleepshirt, trousers AND shorts, but there were no shorts in the parcel. Upon enquiry they only informed me that it was accidentally swapped out with another order - and to this day they still haven’t informed me as to when I can expect my order even though I have asked them TWICE. I will be going in to hospital next week and I think this is pathetic service to say the least. The website looks so legitimate but I would not recommend them to anyone.
