Bad service! Got sent a product with missing things!

My wife saw a adverti*****t for a bag, she really wanted it bcoz it had a tag with initials on as advertised! I wanted to surprise her and i paid for it! I then get told after i paid, they cant do initials, i accepted it and thought i could do my own initials on the tag! I received the bag without the tag! You guys packaged it which means you never included the tag with it! As a man buying this for my wife, very disappointing as i paid R1200 for absolutely nothing!!! I am so ****ed off right now!!! Will never support you guys again!!!!!!
