Baby couture

Hi guys please be aware of baby couture . I ordered a baby floater which was advertised on their website in March 2020. I enquired with a lady called Courtney regarding not receiving my order . She stated that due to COVID the shipment did not arrive. My last email to her in October she stated following “ Unfortunately that shipment post lockdown never arrived, however we have a new shipment arriving in 2 weeks, are you happy to wait for this and we can then dispatch? “ After this reply haven’t heard a word from her and it’s now 9months but no order received . . Personally i feel customers should be wary when ordering form Baby couture . Please before ordering ask them if they have the stock on hand . Because it seems they advertising products which they don’t have . Customers can contact me for further information . I have all communication on email regarding my interaction with Baby couture .
