Worst customer service ever from Charn the manager at Pavilion branch, the mistakes made at Springfield branch where Nigel is the manager and Roshni at Head Office is very rude and unapologetic. If you are buying something of low value then its okay to take a chance at baby city but if you're buying an expensive item its really not worth the risk as they are cheap, petty and have terrible customer service.
