Wonderful service and helpful staff from Baby City Woodmead

I received a blue nappy bin from a friend as a gift for my baby 'boy'. However I found out not longer afterwards it is actually a girl. I asked the staff at Baby City Woodmead if I could exchange the blue bin for a white one, but the box was slightly damaged. Steven was so amazing, he checked to make sure the product was fine and then found a brand new box and happily exchanged the blue bin for a white one. They could have just told me no but Steven was so amazing he made a plan. This is not the first positive experience I have had in that store, we went the weekend before to look at prams and the floor staff were so helpful, they gave us demonstrations on how to use the prams and how to fold them up. I will definitely support the Woodmead branch, well done guys!
