Will not assist in an emerency 2 min after closing
I was so upset when I got to Baby City at Mall@Carnival yesterday at roughly 20h03. I had rushed there from Springs as I had no formula for my baby. I loved this shop because the staff were helpful and there was always stock.

When I got there, the doors were closed but there were employees standing inside. A lady came to the door to try assist me when I told her my dilemma. She went to ask the manager if it was possible that I could purchase a tin of formula quickly. She returned and told me that the manager said no because they had already cashed up. I asked if I could pay cash then they could ring it up in the morning and they refused and said that it will cause too much hassle for them. I was in tears, begging them to help but they did not care. They just wanted to leave.

I feel that this is far from customer service for a shop that has recently opened. It is appalling that I was not assisted in an emergency for an item that was an absolute necessity. Business must be booming to reject a sale. I am glad that in my industry, I have contact with many people who make use of that store and I am sure they will be interested to hear of the service (or lack thereof) that I received.
