what an aweful experience

I went in to Baby City Blackheath on the 28/02/2015 to do my baby shower registery. Being a first time mother i was so excited but overwhelmed at the same time as i did not know how this works & what to choose etc, My arrival in the store was so cold, after asking numerous people how does this work i was just told to find a trolley and fill it & bring it to the till when done, we eventually found a trolley as there was none. i left my trolley at the front desk & my details were taken down as well as my sister's who is organising the baby shower & was told i will receive the ref no tomorrow. By the 03/03/2015 we had still not received anything so my sister called & spoke to Nadia who knew nothing & could not pick up anything & then the call got cut. I tried calling myself with no luck i called the head office & spoke to Roshni. I later got a call from Julia apologising for not sending me the stuff yesterday being the 02/03/2015 but could not explain what was the reason even after me asking numerous times, i was promised my registery number via email as well as my list which i to date have still not received. Definately not the experience i was hoping for at this joyful time.
