Very rude Store manager

The store Manager Emile is the rudest person I've encounter in the service industry ever.I had to return a few items after I had my Babyshower and he was not helpful at all as I didn't know the procedure.He took his time to help out and had the audacity to tell me straight in my face that he's doing me a favour by helping me.My friends who've been pregnant before me always complained about him but it was the first time that I experienced bad service from him,first hand.I cannot believe he's actually a Manager.
