Very disappointed in baby city

In March I had a baby and had to get a car seat from baby city. Since I had the baby in Cape Town although to live in Johannesburg, I had to purchase a car seat so I can travel back to Johannesburg with the new baby. I had been dead set on getting myself the Chicco Urban travel system. I went to baby city in Table view Cape Town and the guy who was assisting me sold me the Chicco Keyfit car seat and assured me that I can buy the Chicco urban stroller separately when I am in Johannesburg. Yesterday I then went to the baby city in park Meadows and to my surprise they tell me that the stroller cannot be sold separatly but has to be bought as a travel system. I was so shocked as I was told something else in cape town. I need the stroller and I am not about to spend money on getting another car seat again, I need to know that I can be sold the stroller alone. I am so disappointed and right now I don't have a stroller for my baby. Surely if the Chicco Keyfit car seat can be sold alone, then one can also be sold the stroller so the travel system is separate. I need the stroller as the car seat can fit into it. I am so disappointed, clearly the guy who sold me the stroller didn't know his job. Please assist me.
