Utterly useless support!

Is it possible to give them a Zero star?

Be careful! Do not buy anything from them... if you need any help afterwards with regards to support they are utterly useless. I've been trying for over 3 weeks for them to order a part for a pram we purchased. I've personally called the pram supplier and they confirmed the part is in stock but cannot sell to the public. I contacted Baby City support and they need to send a request to their "buyer" so that they can order the part... 3 weeks later the "buyer" still has not read an email (since the support team is not allowed to contact the buyer)... Curious... does Dischem only have "1" buyer?
