utterly disgusted by the way in which i have been treated

<p>I have a 6 months old baby girl, I can say almost everything that she has I have bought from Baby City before and after she was born, but I was not happy with the treatments I got yesterday (22nd December 2016 @ 16:25), I went the to the store to buy Huggies and a walking ring, when I got to the store I checked the prices there was one for R899 it was out of our budget but when I put in it you could see she immediately fell in love with it, my wife and I decided we were gonna buy it, but when I tried to reach out for the sealed box, the big round yellow price tag that's on all the walking ring fell off then there was another white sticker price that's written R1200, then I asked a lady who sweeping the floor that was next to us when this happened, she said she doesn't know but she thinks they placed a wrong price, I asked her to call the manager I want to have a word with her, some guy who also works there laughed at me and said I'm wasting my time, the manager came, she didn't greet she just asked me what's wrong, I explained to her then she told me (with attitude) "forget it you won't get it for that price", without apologizing or anything she changed the price and walked away, then I asked for her name she asked me for what, (again with attitude) I asked her "may I please have your name mam "she said her name is Monica, I asked the lady who was sweeping the floor who witnessed everything for her name she looked scared and said she won't give me her name, "Monica" added that this lady is not allowed to give me her name. I'm really not happy with the kind of treatment I got I even told myself I'd rather go buy it from another store if that's how I'm gonna be treated after all the monies I spent on this store that's the thank you I get. I'm sorry but I'm never going back to that store my brother's girlfriend is pregnant I recommended this store to him and I was also planning on buying all of his staff from this store but I'm definitely not going back there until they do something about this matter. I've attached the picture anyone who knows where I can find this walking ring please assist as my child really loves it.</p>
