urgent assistance -Baby City

Good day I am UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED with the the service at Baby City. I am in my 8th month of pregnancy and just recently did my preparation shopping where I bought a stroller from baby city. To my surprise I received one as a gift at my baby shower this weekend, therefore I needed to return the one I purchased as I have no need for two and can very well do much More with R6000.00 than store credit. The store refused to refund me as they have a no refund policy which I understand but am I being understood??? It is still In packaging as I obviously have not used it yet(I’m still pregnant) Considering my circumstance I would appreciate assistance with a refund so I can buy something I actually need. I truly have not had this encounter with any other baby store ,baby’s r us was really accommodating when I returned something. PleAse can I have a senior manager to assist me with this urgently.
