Unsafe childrens goods sold at Baby City

Absolutely appalling customer service and no accountability from Baby City Tokai. They are selling a trike which is misleading as it is unsafe and does not appear to loack. The product should be removed from their shelves.

Instead, I have been told that I need to apply to the head office for a refund instead of getting my purchase credited back onto my credit card on which the trike was bought.

Parents be aware of the complete neglect in selling goods for children which do not adhere to safety standards.
