Unsafe baby equipment at Baby City risked my baby's life!

UNSAFE BABY EQUIPMENT!!!!

I bought a walking ring from Baby City and within minutes of my 10 month old being in it, she slid through the side and bumped her head!! When I explained this to the cashier she simply said: "would you like another one". She had no compassion for the trauma we just went through with my baby falling through.

Immediately after my baby girl fell through the walking ring, I went back to return it and they refused to give me my money back! I had my receipt, the card I purchased it with and was there within an hour after purchasing it.

Not only do they sell baby gear and equipment that has not passed safety checks but they also refuse to give you your money back. I am devastated as my child's life was at risk.
