Unsafe baby equipment at Baby City!!!

UNSAFE BABY EQUIPMENT!!!!

I bough a walking ring from Baby City and within minutes of my 10 month old being in it she slid through the side and bumped her head!! When i explained this to the cashier she simply said "would you like another one". No compassion for the trauma we just went through with my baby falling through. I went back to return it and they refused to give me my money back! Not only do they sell baby gear and equipment that has not passed safetly checks but they also refuse to give you your money back. I am devastated as my child's life was at risk. How can you trust the brands you buy from baby city to be safe.
