Unprofessional health care provider in clinic

Appointment at 9:20am with sister Moneera. Nowhere to be seen until 10 minutes later reeking of smoke and deciding to assist a walk-in first. After I told her I had an appointment she reluctantly did my assessment with a snarky attitude just before refusing to assist my wife outright accusing her of being later after she showed up late so she can take a smoke break, as a registered health care provier. Avoid this clinic at all cost. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
