Unhappy Customers

I bought A 2in1 Baby Walker at bby city Mall@carnival and I Only Used it for 2weeks, I Usually Used It as A Rocker So in few days of using it as a walker where the wheel it connected it is s damage so I called them then they said I should bring it but when I get there The manager told me that he can't assist me there is nothing he can do if it was for him he would have bought another and then he left me hanging that's because I'm few days late from 30days..so my question is what must I do with the walker? I Mean Like I've wasted my money time to go all the way there r zand to get such an attitude like really I'm not happy.
