UNHAPPY CLIENT

Baby city at Benmore mall had an horrific experience whereby I literally wasted my time going there whereby a courtesy call could've been done before me taking time off from work .

I was assisted by 3 woman Natasha , Clancy and Thando their level of experience is poor and they don't have knowledge on what their jobs are .

As a paying client THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE and their jobs as nurses or whatever purpose should be reevaluated or more training should be given to these ladies.

I am disgusted in the manner my situation was addressed whilst I was standing there they started speaking about me in a language I never understood and the manager just walked out while I was addressing my situation to him and with a lot of rage still in me .

I would never recommend any pregnant mothers to go their for any check up hence they just sit there no work on their hands and turn customers away ......
