Unacceptable service

<p>I am utterly disgusted by the way in which I have been treated by Baby City. I am expecting and am on a very tight budget. A close friend point out that another baby store was way cheaper for a simile changing table a day after I had bought one from one of your stores (Friday 16 Dec) not knowing at the time of purchase and (the Saturday 17 Dec) decided to return the brand new with the slip, the box completely untouched, still sealed in it's original packaging ...as if it was literally just taken out the stock room. I need that money. I also found a changing table at another baby store which is within my budget but was refused my cash back other than a gift card. As a consumer I feel this is disgusting business etiquette. This is a lot of money to me and I fail to see how refunding me would affect your company in any way??! I never paid with vouchers so I expect to be refunded in the tender I purchased with</p>
