Tried to pass of damaged & defective goods as new

I had gone to the pavilion baby city and tried to purchase a cam-cort which they claimed not to be in stock anymore, after half an hour of waiting they had located one at a Springfield branch and I was told to fetch it, being 8 &and a half months pregnant I went over only to find a torn product with a faulty arm when I spoke with the manager he admitted to selling mine to another customer and tried selling me a defective one that a customer had returned for it being unsafe n defective, this store knowingly tried selling me something defective n poses a hazard to infant, I had informed them that I would be posting to this site and the manager was arrogant enough to tell me he would give me a R100 of the defective Product , it is a pity that my friends and family got me a baby city gift card, had it been up to me i would never go back there. I would of got better quality elsewhere and better service that catered to my pregnancy
