TERRIBLE SERVICE BABY CITY! RATHER USE BABY BOOM!

On Sunday I took my Angelcare unit to Baby City ParkMeadows as instructed by Angelcare SA.

The woman at the counter without plugging it in without getting details specifics just said "oh they cant fix it"... FIRSTLY she never let me finish telling her whats wrong SECONDLY she didn't even plug the unit in and THIRDLY she is NOT a specialist.

Her lack of interest, service and attitude was completely below average.
