Terrible service and rude manager

I did my registry at Baby City Boksburg. What a big mistake.<br> <br> 1) Not all the items chosen are kept in the registry box eg. nappies, wet wipes and mattresses <br> 2) My guests who went to the store to buy me gifts were treated very unprofessionally and were made to wait for periods up to an hour to be helped as the staff could not determine which mattresses I had chosen as the hard copy registry list which was supposed to be attached to the box had ''gone missing''<br> 3) After my actual baby shower I asked if the box could be kept open for an additional 3 days so that people from work could buy me the rest of the items. I was told this can't be done and that my items would be left in the storeroom. When my collegue went to buy me the gifts no one at the store could find my items that were supposedly in the storeroom<br> 4) When asking the sales lady (telephonically) if i could return my duplicate items for a store voucher she panicked and gave the phone to the store manager. The store manager Monica was one of the most rudest unprofessional people I have ever dealt with over the phone. She was immediately defensive and sarcastic.<br> <br> I will NEVER step foot in that branch again.
