Terrible service and refund policy ?

Pathetic service! Unfriendly staff! Manager ***********, unfriendly and have a stinky attitude (Boksburg)!

I purchased a couple of baby items in January 2019. A certain item I purchased received really bad reviews etc and I decided to go and refund it ( it was un-opened)

The said manager mentioned above refused to give my money back and gave me a voucher instead ?

With the items purchased was a Braunn no touch thermometer. I only opened it 2 weeks ago (in Feb) and it kept on giving inaccurate results and it isn’t really user friendly as it is difficult to get it on the right spot to take the reading.

I went back today to return it for the in ear thermometer. The same manager refused to do the exchange and said it needs to be sent away to Braunn and they will decide on the outcome- number one that means I won’t have a thermometer for a said amount of time. No indication of how long it will take nothing. She had such an attitude that I took my thermometer and slip back and walked out.

I don’t know how Baby City’s doors are still open.

This is really redicilous and absurd!
